How can I get my food from Ruby Joy?
We have lots of options for you:
Dine in – Drop into our shop located at shop 14 in the lovely Dural Mall, Round Corner. Opened 6 days a week, most of our menu is on offer and we serve delicious coffee if you feel like grabbing a seat or just a quick takeaway. Our turbo oven can heat and crisp any of our gourmet delights in under 2 minutes!
Click and collect – order online or via the phone and pick up in-store, there is no minimum value.
Delivery – order online, in store or via the phone and we can deliver to you, minimum $75.
What does 'free from' mean?
‘Free from’ means that the product is free from whatever ingredient or food group that a particular diet cannot eat. We specialise in catering to everyone’s dietary needs and offer many ‘free from’ foods that include:
- Gluten Free
- Dairy Free
We also cook without any additives or preservatives. All food is handled with extreme care by staff members to ensure our gourmet products are free from certain ingredients.
How much notice do I need to give for an order?
The notice you need to give will depend on what you are ordering. The table below outlines our notice periods for the different types of orders. If you need something faster please give us a call on (02) 9651 2276 and we may be able to take your order.

What if I am running late to pick up my order or I need to change my time and/or day?
Please call us on (02) 9651 2276 to let us know you’re running late. If you wanted to change your scheduled pick-up or delivery time and/or day we will discuss and organise new options for you over the phone.
How much does delivery cost?
The cost of local delivery is $15. If you live outside the local delivery zone our website will calculate a fee for you. This fee is based on your kilometre radius from our shop in Dural.
What is the minimum order value for delivery?
Our minimum order for delivery is $75.
We don't deliver to your area?
Give us a call on (02) 9651 2276 and we will do our best to get our delicious gourmet food to you. We don’t want you to miss out!
What if I am not home when my food is delivered?
If you are not home, we will leave the delivery in a place nominated by you. The Woolcool box will keep the food cold for up to 6 hours.
What is my gourmet food delivered in?
Our gourmet food will be delivered to you in a Woolcool package. This Woolcool package is made out of sheep’s wool that is sustainable and a highly effective natural insulation material. It will keep your gourmet food cold and below 5°c for up to 6 hours.
How long will my food stay fresh for and can I freeze my food?
All food is made fresh in-house for your day of pick-up or delivery date. Your gourmet food will come with a best before/use-by-date date.
If you are unable to eat the food by this date, you can freeze the fresh item and it will last up to 3-6 months.
If the product is already frozen, use by the frozen food use-by-date that is labelled.
How do I reheat, cook or assemble my food?
We provide re-heating, cooking and assembling instructions with your meal so it is easy for you to follow. You can also download the information on our website.
Can I order my food heated?
If you are wanting this service, we can definitely provide it for you! This will include an additional charge. If you would like your food heated on pick up or delivery please indicate at check out and a team member will be in contact to discuss.
I didn't receive what I ordered?
Oh no! If you have mistakenly received the wrong products give us a call on (02) 9651 2276 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will sort it out for you as quickly as possible.
Do you provide staff and fully services functions?
Yes, we certainly do! Let us make it easy for you and we’ll do all the hard work. Our staff are RSA approved and can help with any type of function. If you are wanting a fully serviced function please give us a call on (02) 9651 2276 or request a quote on our website.
What methods of payment are available?
Lots of different methods are available to you. We accept PayPal via the website and in-store we accept all major credit card, eftpos and cash.
